Phase 2: Foundation

  • Plumbing
  • Roofing

At this phase, the client is responsible to make the following selections and place order for:

  • Siding; Procanna Siding, Kent Home Improvement Warehouse (for wood siding only)
  • Stone and Bricks; Shaw Brick

Phase 3: Framing

  • Electrical and plumbing services are roughed-in
  • Ducting for heating
  • Cooling and ventilation

At this phase, the client is responsible to make the following selections and place order for:

  • Alarm System; Add-On Sound & Security Systems
  • Sound System; Add-On Sound & Security Systems
  • Lighting Fixture; Lighting Design

Phase 4: Interior and Exterior Work

At this phase, the client is responsible to make the following selections and place order for:

  • Paint Colors; Garland's Colors 'n' More
  • Closet Organizer; Stor-Age 2000
