Phase 3: Framing
- Electrical and plumbing services are roughed-in
- Ducting for heating
- Cooling and ventilation
At this phase, the client is responsible to make the following selections and place order for:

- Alarm System; Add-On Sound & Security Systems
- Sound System; Add-On Sound & Security Systems

Phase 4: Interior and Exterior Work

- Closet Organizer; Stor-Age 2000
